Staff Profile

David B. Kudrow, M.D. – Dr. Kudrow is the Medical Director of the CMCH. He is a board certified neurologist with specialty interest in headache medicine. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.Sc. in biological sciences; he graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine with an M.D. and did his residency training and fellowship in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. Dr. Kudrow has published several articles in peer reviewed journals, written book chapters on headache and he lectures extensively to doctor groups on headache disorders. He has been consultant to pharmaceutical industry on development and research in medications to treat headache.

Janice Bennett – For 6 years, Ms. Bennett has been in charge of regulatory affairs for our research activities acting as a liaison between pharmaceutical sponsors, IRBs and our research group.

Tatyana Neyman, M.D. – Dr. Neyman is a chief headache research coordinator having coordinated over 40 trials on acute, preventive and symptomatic treatment of migraine, cluster and chronic daily headache. She has over 6 years of clinical trial research experience.

Jaime Latorre, M.D. – Dr. Latorre is a clinical research coordinator. He helps develop and implement various research protocols and supervises clinical research assistants in the research trials. He has 8 years of experience as the primary clinical research coordinator in our research group.

Jonathan Lee – clinical research assistant. Mr. Lee graduated form UCLA with a degree in Biology. He has been on the investigative staff of CMCH/NRI for 2 years.

Alison Grzechowiak – Ms. Grzechowiak has been a clinical research assistant with CMCH for 1 year and has spent much of her time in the research group studying Alzheimer’s disease, Epilepsy, diabetic neuropathy and migraine.

Kevin Choi – Mr. Choi is a graduate of UCLA in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics. He is pursuing a further degree in Physiology and assists as a clinical study assistant.

Adrienne Alexander - Ms. Alexander is the front office receptionist, overseeing appointments and answering the telephones.
